Greetings, Ustinovians

Hello and good afternoon to all you Ustinovians! How are you going so far? Working hard or hardly working, am I right? Time flies so fast and half term has passed by already! But we still have a lot of wonderful events for the rest of term, stay tuned and don’t miss them!

Rugby Competition

Do you follow rugby? Currently, the Six Nations competition is underway with England in the lead! Come to Ustinov bar this weekend if you would like to watch:
France vs Scotland on Saturday at 14:15
Wales vs England on Saturday at 16:45
Italy vs Ireland on Sunday at 15:00

Ustinov International Dress Party

The Ustinov International Dress Party is just a few weeks away, and tickets are going on sale this weekend! The event will be held on Sunday 10 March, at the Durham Student Union. Ticket holder will be served food starting at 2pm (final menu to be posted soon), with cultural performances beginning at 3pm.
Tickets: £10* (Adult) / £5 (Child)

Tickets can be purchased from Helen Luke in the Ustinov College Management Office in Sheraton Park, from Lana Mattar at Keenan House, and from the UIF Team at the following times:
Feb 23 (Saturday): 2 – 4pm Sheraton Park Cafe
Feb 26 (Tuesday): 7 – 8pm Sheraton Park Cafe
Feb 27 (Wednesday): 5 – 6pm Sheraton Park Cafe
March 3 (Sunday): 2 – 4pm Sheraton Park Cafe

* £1 from each ticket will be donated to the Peter Ustinov Foundation ( http://www.ustinov-stiftung.de/en )

St Chad’s Inter-MCR Formal

St Chad’s MCR invites you to our annual Inter-MCR formal. This year, we are celebrating 30 years of St Chad’s MCR with a special 80’s theme birthday bash! Included in the ticket price will be a drinks reception, a three course meal and an 80’s theme afterparty – with a DJ to keep you vogueing into the night…
