Ustinov GCR is an independent charity, founded to represent all students at Ustinov College. We offer support and advice through our welfare team and work to provide extracurricular activities for everyone. This includes funding a number of sports clubs and societies and we run the College social calendar throughout the year (induction week, parties, formals, live music…). We also run the college gym at Sheraton Park and work to maintain and make additions add to the college facilities – which are open to all college members. We hold elections and by-elections regularly throughout the year. If you want to get involved too – come to a GM!
As a charity, our finances and running are overseen by a board of trustees. These are a mixture of current students (both executive and non-committee roles), alumni and external trustees.
